Description
Duration 6 weeks
can be less than 6 weeks but recommended so that:

- participants have time to reflect and share thoughts in forums
- fit into other work demands
One 4 hour (max) session per week normally in the afternoon of a day of your choosing.
Sessions are instructor led on line using MS Teams.
Workshops during sessions for participants to embed and develop their learning.
Private on line forums for participants to share and develop their thoughts between sessions
with instructor interaction in the forums
Written document summarising each session emailed to participants and the end of each session so that participants:

- they do not need to take notes during the session and can concentrate on the presentation
- they can explore other information related to each session before the next session

There is also an optional 7th session which is a facilitated session if the participants would like to reflect on their learning and how it can be applied to their organisation/department/team.
